We replaced our air conditioning system this week and were extremely pleased with all aspects of the process. There was a issue with the size of the air handler in the attic. A manager was called in to assess the situation, and completed the installation the same day. All the staff seemed knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They did a great job from start to clean up. Mike, our sales rep, kept in contact to make sure the job was being completed to our satisfaction. Frank could not have been more accommodating. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was personable, professional, and confident in his knowledge of a/c-heating maintenance. He offered an added service he did not "push", but explained the reason why he thought it was best for the system.
